POWERFUL SPELL TO SELL YOUR HOUSE

I signed with an estate agent and put my house on the market on the 11th March 2008.
I purchased this spell from Pagan 2 weeks later because the agents were/are useless.
I accepted an offer on my house on 8th April 2008. The buyer then made an offer for the white goods the following day which I accepted.
I haven't as yet signed the contract on the house due to a mistake by the estate agent but hopefully this will be rectified easily and promptly.
I believe that this spell from Pagan helped sell my property as I was being advised by the agents and reading in the news that this is the worst time to sell a property.
